VGF Foundation is a brand operated by Tulasi Sanjay, Hyderabad, India. These terms apply to the VGF Super App — booking rides and deliveries as a customer, and taking trips as a captain. By using the app you agree to them. The terms for the $VGF token and VGF Terminal are separate, at /terms-and-conditions/.
VGF connects customers with independent captains who provide rides and deliveries with their own vehicles. Captains are not VGF employees. Where food or groceries are offered, they are prepared and sold by the partner named on the menu; VGF arranges delivery.
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for what happens on your account. A captain account can be signed in on one phone at a time. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
Before you book you see an estimated fare for the route. It is an estimate, not a fixed price. Trips between 11 PM and 5 AM include a night surcharge. Tolls and parking are paid separately.
If the route runs long — more than 20% further than estimated — the extra distance beyond that 20% is charged at the service's per-km rate, up to 50% more than the estimate.
If the route changes with your approval — a road closure, or a route you ask for — the captain's app asks you on your phone first. If you approve, the extra distance and extra time are charged, up to double the estimate. If you decline, nothing extra is charged for it.
Payment is in cash to the captain at the end of the trip. The app shows the final fare and explains any difference from the estimate.
If you ask to stop early, you confirm it on your phone, and pay the base fare plus the distance actually travelled — never more than the estimate.
If the trip ends because of the captain's vehicle or another problem on the captain's side, you pay only for the distance actually travelled, and nothing if it was under 1 km.
If the trip is ended for a safety concern, you are not charged.
You can cancel a booking in the app. If a cancellation fee applies, the app shows it.
In an emergency, call 112. The in-app SOS and route alerts record what happened so we can review it. VGF does not monitor trips around the clock and does not dispatch emergency help.
Treat captains and customers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, and carrying anything illegal lead to removal from the app.
Completed trips can earn scratch cards, shown in Rewards. Rewards are not guaranteed amounts, have no cash value unless the app says otherwise, and cannot be sold or transferred. You get a scratch card for referring a friend when that friend completes their first order, for up to 10 friends. We may change or end rewards, and cancel rewards obtained by fraud or misuse. $VGF is used for rewards, not as a way to pay in the app, and is not an investment offered through the app.
You must hold a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance and any permit your vehicle needs, and keep them current. You may only go on duty for vehicle types whose documents VGF has approved. You are responsible for your vehicle and for following traffic law.
Trips are offered to the nearest available captain first; you can accept or decline. VGF currently takes no commission from your fares. If that changes, you will be told in advance, and the app will show your earning before you accept each trip.
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, give false documents, misuse rewards, or put others at risk.
We work to keep the app reliable and safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VGF is not responsible for the acts of captains, customers or partners. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; we change the date above and point out important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
