Introduction
Welcome to VGF Foundation ("we", "us", or "our"), a private foundation managed by Tulasi Sanjay (@tulasisanjay), based in Hyderabad, India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.vgf.foundation) and your participation in the VGF ecosystem using the $VGF utility token (launched Oct 29, 2025 on BSC, contract: 0x3015C715cCbD1791b6E9e4c2602C651383c6d65C, 1B fixed supply, ownership renounced). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Scope of Services
Our website is informational, providing details about the VGF Foundation and the $VGF utility token. The $VGF token is a utility token designed solely to access services within our closed ecosystem (e.g., paying rent for foundation-owned apartments, purchasing goods at foundation stores, transactions at foundation ATMs, or fees for foundation education programs). The token is not an investment product, does not provide dividends, profits, or guaranteed returns, and its market price may fluctuate based on external market conditions. Whitelist open until Jan 31, 2026 for presale (starts Feb 1, 2026) with 2% bonus.
Eligibility
To use our website or ecosystem services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter agreements. You must comply with all applicable laws in India and your jurisdiction. For ecosystem services involving $VGF, you must complete KYC verification as required by FIU-IND regulations.
Token Usage and Restrictions
The $VGF token can only be used within the VGF Foundation ecosystem for approved services. Tokens are managed via smart contracts or wallets controlled by the foundation, preventing transfers outside our ecosystem. You agree not to use $VGF for illegal activities, including money laundering or tax evasion. All transactions are logged for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and tax laws. Contract: 0x3015C715cCbD1791b6E9e4c2602C651383c6d65C (no tax, fixed supply).
No Investment or Financial Returns
The $VGF token is not a security, investment, or financial instrument. It is solely for accessing foundation services. We do not guarantee any financial returns, and you acknowledge the risk of market price fluctuations. You are responsible for understanding the risks of using cryptocurrencies.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for KYC/AML verification when required.
- Use $VGF only for lawful purposes within our ecosystem.
- Not attempt to bypass ecosystem restrictions (e.g., unauthorized token transfers).
- Comply with all applicable taxes and report token transactions as required by law.
Foundation Rights and Ownership
VGF Foundation, under the sole control of Tulasi Sanjay (@tulasisanjay), owns all assets in the ecosystem (apartments, stores, ATMs, education programs). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or token functionality at any time without notice. All intellectual property (e.g., website content, logos) belongs to the foundation. Token ownership renounced Oct 29, 2025.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from:
- Market fluctuations in $VGF value.
- Technical issues (e.g., blockchain network failures).
- Your failure to secure wallets or comply with laws.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Compliance and Governing Law
The foundation complies with Indian laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, IT Act, 2000, DPDP Act, 2023, and FIU-IND regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We may report suspicious transactions to authorities as required.
Third-Party Services
Token transactions may occur on third-party platforms (e.g., Binance Pay, BNB Chain, Polygon), subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or at our discretion. You may stop using our services at any time.
Risk Disclosure
Using $VGF involves risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, and technical failures. You acknowledge and accept these risks by participating in our ecosystem.
